Exceeding business requirements

Sam is a project team leader and has written the following recommendation for Isard:

“Isard joined the project as a Senior SAP Consultant for the Order to Cash team. His main task was to evaluate the current position, help prioritise the issues/developments and then mobilise the existing technical team to deliver.

Isard set about his task in a professional and organised manner. Many of the issue were complex requiring extensive communication with the local resource and business community. Isard worked hard to establish close relationships with the key people and then managed the issues through to successful delivery. Throughout, Isard approached this work with great passion and a real drive to ensure that the technical solution met and then exceeded business requirements.”
