Adding substantial value

Ronald is a logistics director and has written the following recommendation for Isard:

“Isard has been part of the Order to Cash support organisation for almost 1,5 years and during that period he has shown an eye for detail as well as an ability to assess the impact of changes in an integrated system. On several occasions has he positioned himself in the centre of negotiation between the business and the IT organisation to find a balanced solution satisfying the needs of the various business partners.

During the past few months Isard identified, proposed and implemented several system changes aimed at improving delivery service to customers. One specific set of changes allows the company now to trace stock availability changes in the sales order process, where another set of changes add additional system checks to avoid dispatching licensed products (e.g. medicines) to customers/destinations not licensed to receive these.

I found that Isard’s contributions added substantial value to our supply chain capabilities to meet regulatory requirements, and, as such substantially decreased the company’s risks for failure.”
