Isard’s SAP experience covers the whole supply chain functionality: MRP, purchasing, inventory management, sales, logistics execution and billing. Also he is able to integrate the SCM solution with other SAP modules such as Finance and Controlling.

While working for many multinationals, he implemented specific processes such as intercompany sales, stock transfers, subcontracting and consignment. He also has expert knowledge in the customising areas of legal control, pricing, batch management and account determination for both SD and MM modules.

Foremost, Isard is a senior functional consultant. But he recognized that the lack of development skills would limit him. So in order to become a highly experienced consultant, he has learnt ABAP skills as well to allow him to create ALV reports, SD pricing user exits and data migration objects (LSMW).

Isard’s interest remains to expand his experience as a functional consultant and therefore he would only accept assignments with a primary focus on configuration skills. He prefers to be involved with Greenfield implementations or roll-outs.

Isard started his career at the IT consulting company Origin (now known as ATOS/Origin) after finishing his Economics study in 1994. Starting as a main frame programmer, Isard transformed himself into a functional SAP consultant.

In October 1998 Isard started working for the specialised SAP consulting company Solvision, where he participated in several SAP projects as a SD (sales and distribution) and MM (materials management) configurer.

Since April First 2000 Isard Haasakker started his own company called ‘ISARD’.

Isard immigrated to the United Kingdom in 2006 and therefore founded the UK company ‘No Tie Generation Limited’ to replace his Dutch company ‘ISARD’. As from the summer of 2009 the company No Tie Generation Limited has become a holding company with several subsidiaries. The consultancy activities will be continued via the subsidiary No Tie Generation Consultancy Limited.

Isard is terrific at stepping into tough situations and find daring solutions. He leads the way out of dilemmas as he dares to investigate uncharted trails and improvises inventions until he gets them to work.

Isard gathers and shares information by explaining.

He always remains flexible and therefore is willing to revise a specific approach when it makes sense. He is able to multitask and he switches between tasks frequently. He has an eye to create shortcuts and is willing to cut through bureaucracy.

Isard deals with risks and uncertainty by improvising.
When necessary, Isard will create a sense of urgency within the origanisation. On many occasions he will initiate change. He is able to improvise solutions by means of experimentation and promotes alternatives whenever possible. Isard can defy the odds.

Guidelines on how to get the best out of Isard’s capabilities:
